You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required for your use and for complying with applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

Do not violate laws or third-party rights; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious content; automate use beyond permitted limits; or use the service to harm others.

AI-generated output

Music suggestions and explanations may be generated with AI and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Check information independently and do not use the service for important decisions.

Third-party services and content

The service uses third-party services and may link to third-party music or web content. Their terms, privacy notices, availability, and content are their responsibility. The Privacy Notice identifies the providers that receive information from the service.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. The service does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Availability

The beta is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, any result, compatibility, or continued availability.

Suspension

We may refuse sign-up, pause sessions, suspend access, terminate an account, or delete account or session data where needed for usage limits, cost, security, failures, suspected misuse, legal requirements, or these terms.

Intellectual property and your input

We and our licensors retain rights in the service and its content. You retain rights in your input and grant only the permissions needed to operate and secure the service.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when necessary. We will publish a new effective date and version before the change applies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages caused by our breach. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer-law protections or a consumer's rights under applicable law.

The Japanese version is the controlling version. The English version is provided for convenience and has the same intended meaning. You can switch between Japanese and English with the language control in the service.
